Northcoast Energy Masters’ Home Energy Audit makes it easy to discover where your home is leaking hundreds of dollars in wasted energy and taking away your comfort.

Our Home Energy Audit identifies your home’s energy wasters, such as:

  • Drafty windows & doors
  • Insufficient insulation
  • Humidity problems
  • Poor attic ventilation
  • Inadequate or old, ineffective insulation
  • Undetected bypasses in wall cavities

A Home Energy Audit is the first step to pinpoint where your home is losing energy. Our professional auditors use a variety of techniques and equipment to determine the energy efficiency of a structure.

Your Home Energy Audit begins with
an inspection of your home’s attic,
insulation, doors, windows, furnace,
appliances and other key areas. We also use equipment such as a blower door, which measures the extent of leaks in the building envelope, and an infrared camera, which reveals hard-to-detect areas of air infiltration and missing insulation.
Knowing where to insulate is as important as knowing that you need to insulate.
